I ordered a dvd set on 12/20/07. I never received an email confirming my order and after several days finally got through to someone who was able to give me an order #. A few days later,I received an email the item was backordered. The link to cancel order is diabled. They do not respond to email and the phone number goes to voice mail and no one ever returns calls. THIS IS A SCAM!! Save yourself the hassle. I reported to better business bureau and am disputing charges.
