An update on my 7/28/07 report. After filing a dispute with my bank, contacting Garcia Media Group, SXR CA, (available on the Internet) the FTC, the Montreal Better Business Bureau and reporting these rip off artists on Ripoff Report.com and informing tvboxset.com I received a e mail (finally) that a claim would be filed with Canada Post for my never received items. I am not holding my breath for this to happen as this company is clearly a ripoff

Unfortunately at this moment i cant precisely know what went wrong with your transaction, but can only assume that this issue is only a matter of a misplaced order , lost in transit , damaged in transit or simple never delivered for unknown reasons.
