its funny how you say the customer needs to send the item back before you can issue a refund. i happened to have sent back the item and STILL NOT received a refund. what do you say about that??? the item has been received by your company on july 22, 2014. several lies later and its now dec 10, 2014. want to hear some of the lies??? ok lie #1 8/5/14 email from you state we have issued you a refund but may take as much as 3 weeks to clear. guess what??? never was issued a refund. lie #2 9/12/14 woman answer the phone and i tell her wheres my refund for rma blah blah blah. she says oh we were waiting for instructions from you for an exchange. what exchange i said? just a refund please. ok...we will issued you refund. guess what???? no refund. several unanswered emails later and you finally answer one. lie #3 11/20/14 finally a response from them to an email. oh...we issued you store credit. i dont want store credit, please just refund back to paypal. ok we will refund you to paypal less a restocking fee. ok no problem on the restocking fee, please just send the rest back to paypal. well its 12/10/14 and guess what?????? no refund. i have saved all the email correspondence between myself and tvpartsfast.com AKA AtoZ audio and video inc. i can proove everything i say. copies of the emails can be sent to those who wants to see them

frankly after dealing with this company, i am not suprised by what they did to you. they stole from me as well. i bought a part for a panasonic tv using paypal as mode of payment. part did not repair my tv and i ask them if i could return item for a refund. they said ok and gave me an RMA number. they part was sent back on 7/18/14 and they received it on 7/22/14/. i sent this item back via usps and have tracking number to prove. more than 2 weeks go by and no refund. i emailed them 2x with NO reply. finally i ened up calling them and talked to someone named alfredo. (an intresting note..tvpartsfast.com has since REMOVED their telephone number from their web site.) he said he remember my purchase and apologize to me...said he would facilitate the refund. on 8/11/14 i finally get an email from them stateing that a credit was issued to my acct on 8/5/14 and that it may take as much as 2 weeks to reflect. after 3 weeks and several emails with of course NO REPLY...there was never a credit issued to me. called paypal to try and open a dispute. realized that it has now past the 45 days paypal limit where you can still make a dispute. well i finally realized what had happened. tvpartfast.com deliberately lied about the credit and bought themselves enough time so that more than 45 days had lasped since purchase. of course since i never had a dispute before...i was unaware of this 45 days dispute policy. pretty sneaky indeed. even so, after paypal also agreed that this company had lied to get it past 45 days....they told me that they would escalate this case. we shall see what will happen. i also reported the theft to my issuing bank as well as made a complaint to ic3.gov
i have save everything...emails, a copy of the ic3 complaint and even the usps sales receipt for the payment of the RMA package with tracking. i can provide copies of these items to ANYONE that wants to see them.

To rebuttal the complaint/rant/blatant lie that I read toward this AMAZING company, I'll start by saying that you've got this all wrong.
These guys work harder not only repairing electronics for people at an affordable price point, but they use their expertise and personal time to run a parts website so that people don't have to track down parts like they do constantly.
Theres always someone like you, they've shipped THOUSANDS of orders, but the one guy who screws up his order and doesn't realize it is pissed and wants to drag this company through the mud.

John Capps and his wife, Guinevere Capps, owns a husband and wife tv repair operation in Minnesota. They even admit that the part sent was not the exact one, as John clearly stated in his rebuttal "At this time we called SAMSUNG (manufacturer) to verify this board sent would be compatible amoungest the 2 part numbers displayed on board and Samsung did agree they were." The word "compatible" isn't what I order as even he admits. Had the part been exactly the same, there is no reason to distinguish the parts with another part number.
I asked many times nicely for the return label as the fault was not mine to bare. After much patience in trying to reason with the man, I had no choice but to dispute the cost. I paid hard earned money to have the right part I ordered shipped to me. Free shipping adds to the value, but that doesn't justify sending the wrong part and expecting the customer to pay out of pocket to send it back wasting further time and energy.
To no fault of my own, I am having to deal with the tv part store, Paypal, and the credit card company--I ask you who would want to deal with this much aggravation on purpose? Even still, I never received an apology for the inconvenience contrary to what John claims in his rebuttal. There was no apology, just taunting. Better yet, on August 2nd, I received a call from a blocked number. I naturally let it go to voice mail. Good thing I did because there was an angry woman on the other line spewing out all sorts of profanity and racially charged insults telling me to go back to my country (I still have the recording).
As expected, the part is still sitting in my living room with the back of the tv still open from needing the correct part for repair. If it didn't work when I first tried it, it never will regardless of whether I get my money back or not.
I was told by the credit card company that they will inform the Capps' to send over the return label to me to have the part back. I don't know whether that much instructions have been given to them or not, but a month later, I still have the worthless part sitting in my living room and no return label to send back. There is no way in hell I am going to spend additional money and time to send it back when the courtesy will never be returned.
Deal with this company if you wish, however, do so with caution and at your own peril.

Eddie Lee had a placed a parts order via ecrater for tvpartsfast.com on 07/25/10 order# 1133768 inquiring about a samsung powersupply part # LJ92-01511a
Our store gives an incentive of free shipping but NO where on store(ecrater) or tvpartsfast.com do we display how,and when part is being shipped due to the incentive.Only at customers request. This particular order had not been in stock at one location, so we had to have unit shipped to our store from warehouse on 07/25/10 When order had been placed. Customer had been notified of the delay on 07/26/10.
Customer recieved all tracking infoon date of shipment via USPS on 07/28/10 for priority mail 2-3 days instead of Parcel Post takes up to 2-9 days of delivery.That way we could satisfy this irate customer in getting board faster to him.PART COSTS OF Shipping priority mail for us was $11.76. Part was recieved on 07/30/10.
Customer notified us wrong part had been shipped & didnt power up,which gave us a red flag of HOW can the wrong board sent can EVEN be tested to see no power... if part was wrong in 1ST place.At that time we emailed customer RMA# and also a link for tvpartsfast.com terms & conditions so he would know what steps need to be taken for ALL returns. At this time we called SAMSUNG (manufacturer) to verify this board sent would be compatible amoungest the 2 part numbers displayed on board and Samsung did agree they were. WE are an (APD) Authorized Parts Dealer for samsung and we overstock several of there boards & other components
Reguardless if wrong part shipped or DOA customer should have to return board back to recieve refund.
As you would go to a store to retutrn an outfit that didnt fit you would need the merchandise to return for refund. IN this case Customer refuses to return item,filed this report, filed a dispute with c.card co. and also Paypal.So we never got part back or our money deducted from paypal. So Now we loose 2 times... WE have several email that we sent to customer apologizing from begining, 1st with shipping, then with his claim.
STILL NO BOARD RECIEVED BACK!!! We Arent even sure about customer's Story, or even if he is using this board now after installing and thats why Refusing to send back and he gets a FREE Board & Keeps his part money... We have had in past many bad apples like this case unfortuanetly thats selling online...
For only 11.76 Customer still refuses to send back, he could even pay less if he wanted so it looks kinda Fishy in this case, WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE LIKE THIS FOR A RETURN...in the past 20 yrs we have been in parts sales.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IF YOU ARE A STORE OF ANY KIND,ESPECIALLY ELECTRONICS
