TW Transporation Solutions Inc Trevor (owner) Mike (office assistant) Brock and Blake (owners sons) I worked as a owner operator for this company and they collected all the money and failed to pay me or any other owner operator. They operate illegally and with no ethics. I am gonna sue the heck o Dodge Center, Minnesota

I and others went to work as owner operators to pull belly dumps in North Dakota for TW Transporation. Trevor the owner talked big and lied his a*s off to get trucks to work there. We all signed contracts regarding pay and conduct standard stuff. Once work started to slow down we all stopped getting paid and began being lied to. They are taking the money we are owed and using to fund there own business.

We all have contracts and have contacted the oil companies we worked for and have verified they have been paid. Our contracts clearly say TW will pay its owner operators with in 5 days of them being paid. So all that is left is a law suit in which TW can pay us and pay all of our lawyers fees and lost revenue due to fighting with them. Stay away from these guys and if your also being ripped off lets all get together and put them in jail for fraud. Oh by the way they have written checks over $5000 so I believe thats a felony.
