Cale contacted me to help him cover a load for a client of his.  He had a driver cancel at the last minute and he couldn't find somebody else to do it.  I found a driver experienced in over dimensional freight that had done business with my company and arranged to take the load.  To avoid double brokering, Cale and I agreed to bill his client directly for my charges.

We delivered on our end, getting the load delivered for his customer on time and on budget.  We billed the client directly as arranged and waited.  No payment from Cale's client.  After several back and forth sessions with the client and Cale's company, we determined that Cale had purpetrated fraud on both myself and the client.  He received payment from them, assuring them it was the final payment and made no arrangements for us to get paid.  In an email exchange with the President of Twenty Four 7 Global, Kaye Lokowich, she admitted that their client had paid them and that we should actually have billed them instead of their client.  Moreso, it was admitted that they had spent the money that was owed us and could not pay us the full $10,500 owed to our company for the load.  Promises to pay us were made several times but we have not received a single penny.  

Since the original agreement to take the load, Cale has closed down his previous Freight Brokerage, operating under MC 856835, and now operates under a similarly named one under MC 893263.  He has changed the address from Wisconsin to Las Vegas, but kept his cell phone number the same and has utilized email addresses for both companys in his conversations with me.  He has also operated as both Cale Ryan Swanson and Cale Ryan Villano.
