Twin Bluffs Financial CAM Processing Collection call trying to collect on a PayDay loan in 2012 that I never took. Unknown Internet

Received a call from 800-903-3637 and 213-485-1415 and didn't answer as I already know they are scammers.  Then, they called my sister that I have listed as an Emergency contact.  They tell her that they are processing a claim against me and to call 855-265-6795, claim # 3483xxx.  I call them and they somehow have my email address, a closed bank acct, and the last 4 digits of my social security number.  They say they are processing a claim from Twin Bluff Financial Services, so I  ask them to give me information about the creditor so I can give it to my lawyer.  They said they will email me.  I get an email from customersupport@camprocessing.org that only have the name of the creditor and loan amount.  No address for either company on this letter.  

I have not received any mailed letter from this company and they say the dept is from 2012. Looks like they only do things by phone or email - no physical address.  It is clearly a scam.
