 I placed my order with this company on 12/15 and was given a 2-4 week time period in which I would receive my order. When I did not receive my order after 4 weeks, I emailed the company because that is the only way you can contact them. They did email me back days later to let me know that due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, 8-10 weeks was the "new" expected time to receive my order. Once again after the 10 weeks has passed and I still do not have my order , all email correspondence goes without a response. So clearly this company has no intention of fulfilling my order for Nike sneakers that are really not that custom. Amy. Riverview FL

Similar Experience with TwoLive

I had a similar experience with TwoLive.  I am in the process of disupting the charges with my credit card company because I've not got any repsonse after several attempts.  I did find other contact info buried on the TwoLive website.  A phone number: (740) 701-1427; and an alternate email (twolivecustoms@yahoo.com).  I didn't have any luck using those, but maybe you would?  Good luck!
