txtag excessive billing austin Texas

I have been using 130 around austin for as long as it has been there. Most of the previous bills in years past said overdue and had penalities on them. I usually only use the roundrock to 290 part once a year and in years past both coming and going for the rot rally around the first of june. We always paid the first bill and it was reasonable even with a small penalty. This year I only used the road going to 290 and returned back up 35 from the motel. I take a small two wheel trailer with a golfcart. This year I packed up on sat night at 3am and took the stuff to the motel and left from there the next morning. I got the first bill 0n about 7/02 for 8.13 and my wife paid by check and it was cashed on 7/16. In august we gets a bill from MSB? for 18.88, a 3.00 bill with a 15.00 late charge. The toll was from giles lane to parmer lane. She paid that bill. The first bill was associated with the truck liscense plate. Now in september we get another txtag bill for the same 8.13 but it is 9.28. I call the 888 number and after about 30 minutes researching the lady says it's for the trailer tag and then when we discuss why the bill is so late shes doesn't have a answer and leaves me on hold. She comes back and says it's for the return trip. I said there was no return trip. She wants me to give her a credit card and set up a account and I explain no way will I get further into this trap. i tell her after all the years of rip offs and this aggravation it is quicker to just use 35. I paid the additional 9.28 by check to txtag which I copied and put in the file as I'm sure this isn't over. Ther is a real conspiracy here and the people of texas are to lazy to fix this and the crooks know the bureacracy will protect them just like the water situation. As the oil boom tapers off maybe we will get back to a real lifestyle and a dollar will be worth .10 again. We are quickly becoming california. The story is 1000 a month are coming here to use their ideas on us. I truly don't think there are any honest people left in goverment anywhere, local, state or national, it's all about the quickest way to get their's before the tide changes.
