TxTag - A RIncompetence At Its Bestip Off Incompetence At Its Best Houston Texas
I received billing in October stating that I received vioations on the Grand Parkway. I had my account on 09/12/2015. I contacted TxTag and was told that my dispute was forwarded to Ft Bend County and to wait. I had to continuously called back only to be told the same thing. I finally called Ft Bend on my own initiative and was told that the dispute had never been submitted. By this time, the account had been sent to collections and was informed that there was nothing that Ft Bend could do.
I called TxTag back and spoke with Ariel (5052913) and was told that I would hear back in 3-5 days. I called back 2 weeks later and spoke to a manager by the name of Belia (5044051) and was told at that time that TxTag did not have the capability to send email about my dispute to me. It seems as though it was just a lie to get me off the phone. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a $260 bill to clear up. This has gone on for months. The system is not design to solve but to frustrate to the point that the individual HAS to pay the violation fees. Beauracracy at its best!! Great job if you can get it!! No responsibility and no action!!! AWESOME
