 The cps caseworker lied to get my kids removed. The had no warrant or order and had me unlawfully arrested and took my kids a third time without warrant or court order or my consent & against the 4th & 14th amendment rights of the US constitution and violated my civil, human, parental, children's, God-given rights and well as violated the article 6 of the supremacy clause and committed perjury, concealed exculpatory evidence, violating and harassing my children at school and home and yesterday at family court my attorney did not appear in person to consult me but as I entered court I was told she was on the phone with the corrupt DA attorney that has been harassing me Lisa Blitman, I was not giving a chance to consult or get consultation from my attorney and the biased and corrupt judge kept telling me not to talk or ignored me. This is not a lawful case. I sent my lawyer Ms. Bozeman by email all my request, demands and that I wanted my kids returned. And she did little to nothing to represent me. I sent her the forms to file an emegency appeal and she has not still. There is no excuse for her poor service. Friday 9-8-17 I filed a motion to appear before judge Cecile for a expidited case and my attorney worked against me and prevented my kids return. This case has so many unethical & corrupt participants & my kids are suffering unjustly by this county & court. Please no one ever use Tylyn Bozeman as legal representation and she thought her conduct was amusing. Please pray for my family.
