Tyshone you might remember in 2010 when the circuit boyz met you in underground Atlanta during the summer to personally hand you some more money for the scam you were running on us at the time. My story is exactly like the other stories I have heard. Exactly like them. Except I never showed up because, obviously, lol the whole s**t was a scam. I didn't have much money then, I think you got like $500 off of us that we never were able to get back because obviously you refused to give it back. But it's honestly refreshing to see that you are still a piece of s**t with a fake company and a fake life with barely a couple hundred dollars in your pocket running around scamming young artists with huge dreams and aspirations. You have to know even God doesn't like ugly man and that s**t you are still doing is ugly. It doesn't end well for you either. For instance, for a while now I have considered just looking whatever new bullshit company you have going at the moment and pretending to sign up for one of your bullshit events under a made up artist name and made up back story. And then scheduling a meeting with you to give you the cash and discuss things At which point I kidnap your b***h a*s, duct tape you and throw you in the trunk and murder your a*s and leave you in the woods. That's one scenario I have considered. I have others, but the punch line in all of them is, you die. And it's not about the money it's about me going to great lengths and risking a lot to meet you on time in Atlanta and have that money for you on time as you suggested that it was very urgent and "slots" were closing. Drove from Chattanooga flying down there to meet you in underground. Three of us. My big 6'8, 265 lb friend would still like to speak with you as well. And im sincerely amazed that this man still defends that he is legit lol amazing. I would say simply call the home office or headquarters of his "company" and see for yourself. It will be his throwaway wal mart cell phone. If you meet him he looks raggedy. He is a con man straight up. But beware that fake artist who wants to meet you in the future Tyshone lol that's no bullshit. You had to know karma will not allow you to do what you have been doing it has to come back. That's the balance of the world. But anyhow, I can vouch for these dudes they are telling truth. Dude is a straight up scam artist it happened to me and my group in summer 2010 in underground Atlanta.

Nice rebuttal, Pringle. I have been asking for your attorney's information since back in July.  Never got it, so stop bluffing. And why do you avoid the questions if you are such a professional? Like why did you claim that the contestants would be on BET and in the magazines when clearly that was a lie? Also, why is that when I called the executive chef to find out what happened, he told me you didnt want to pay the bill for the venue? You said there was a conflict in schedule. AND, when you told me that you took care of Vince, I immediately texted him and he said you didn't. You didnt even pay your own cousin. I keep in touch with everybody.  See how you lie. I did the SAME thing! I called the magazines and BET and every other company he claimed on being affiliated with and THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THIS MAN!! But he still insists on lying!!  Just admit it and STOP LYING! How are you going to say your ex wife is doing this? You know XXL magazine threatened a lawsuit because I personally called them along with BET! LIES!! First thing how you assume that we are scamming you. Because you ready these falsely reports of this so call artists. So of these artist was made up from one person that been a pain to us from my ex wife family. The tour is schedule to take place in October. You don't have any of the venues that we are performing until the end of this month that August 31, 2012 that when we release the venue.

So you writing this on false statement like the other ones. Also have you suppose to call the hotels and we have a contract with the hosting hotel. Hmmmm. Okay what you want to say or want to lie about but these people that read these false report will see a tour and our show on air.

I am an artist who has vast resources in the industry. I received several emails from Mr.pringle and had phone conversations with him. He is very convincing and is very good at what he does but unfortunatly I do my research before I involve me and my company in anything. Me and my attorny reached out to several sources that represent B.E.T, Source magazine, XXL magazine,venues and even reps of some of the artist that are supposedly going to be on your imaginary tours with the bus and four star hotels. Im here to state none of this is true none of these people or club owners has never heard of this guy. But they are familiar with his scam and has heard of him in a criminal manner. Im just hear to say this Im an up and coming artist. I know how hard it is and for any artist out there he is a con artist and poor investment.

Pringle, thats what I have been waiting for!! You told me you would have your attorney contact me 2 months ago! Where is he? You have my number. I'm still waiting to talk to him.

Its not slander if its all true. I have only stated FACTS about everything that happened. I have every single text, email, and contractual agreement between us and I have witnesses ,the entire crew whom you did not pay as well. I was an employee of Tyshone Pringle and discovered his scam. He never paid the crew either for the services rendered and he is scamming all over the US!! Something needs to be done to stop this professional thief!! 

I had personally contacted the magazines and TV  networks he claimed to have affiliation with and guess what?? HE WAS LYING and that's why he changed his website and thats why it no longer exists!!! IT WAS ME WHO DISCOVERED all of this after several phone calls and investigations! He refused to answer my emails and texts as well.

I REFUSE TO GO BACK AND FORTH AND WASTE MY TIME AND EFFORT. YOU ATTENDED OUR EVENT AND PARTICIPANT IN OUR EVENT. AND THOSE YOU SO CALLED WARN YOU WILL LOOK LIKE THE LIAR. SO STAY TUNE IN THE FALL OF 2012 YOUR SHOWCASE WILL BE BROADCAST ON TV.

First off you might wanna spell check and proofread your grammer when you respond to a statement cause half of what you stated doesn't even make sense since your such a "professional.

Second - re-read what I have indicated. I paid you almost $500 for services that involved your showcase. Which was $100 for supposingly A&R's to appear on my behalf to see my performance which you stated they were given the wrong address so they never showed up. Yes $350 for the showcase and $35 for the video. So if you wanna be technical that adds up to $485 which is pretty close to my estimate of $500. Let's be clear. The A&R's never showed therefore that was an error on your part and the $100 should have been refunded. Then the video fee should have been refunded since I never got the video.

I had stated that I did do the showcase so you trying to make me seem like I'm blowing smoke is not happening. I brought family and friends to this event and was not going to give them what they had come all the way from Pennsylvania to tell them to go home even if you were bogus in your business. They all seen your work and will vouch especially since my sister was present at the showcase in which she is a graduated attorney from Penn State University and advised me that this is not a headache I should put too much mind to but a lesson learned which I agreed.

You told me this was suppose to be like "American Idol" and "X Factor" oriented which ended up being in a bar/lounge holding what, 25 people or so. Let me remind everyone that I brought about 13 of them from my end.

Third, if you are so legit and a man of business then why are there more negative factors all over the internet about you and your business. There is a trend going on and all things come to light. Let's not mention how you stopped answering my calls and I never got no kind of refund. Now these are facts and you know this!

Like I said Tyshone, I'm not going to go back and forth because that would make me petty which would put me back on your little level of ignorance. Sooner or later your fraudulent ways will come to an end question is when and how. You got nothing on me but I have plenty on you so it is what it is. Let it go just like I have and understand you will one day be brought forth and a judgement will be made for the wrong doings you have done to innocent people.

For the People - understand these things don't just get made up. Why have so many people taken the time to put the word about this man and his business? I will not go back and forth with this statement. Service was provided. Showcase was filmed and have footage to back it up. Because he was satisfied but service was provided and he mention yes he met with our judges and continue performing our showcase. All contestant not that we are not going to release the footage until the fall of 2012. So how service wasn't provide. 

He had done his live interview. He want a red carpet interview. Our red carpet interview was on the venue vip area outside on the deck. He wasn't satisfied. Well Can't satisfied everyone but put a false statement like this we will not tolerate. 


All interview was record for the purpose for the editor when we release for the magazine coverage. No he haven't paid $500 to get on our showcase the cost to participate is $350.
