Tyson Elliott, Needful Publishing, Insiders Guid To Business Credit INSIDERS GUIDE TO BUSINESS CREDIT in LAS VEGAS NV. FRAUDULENT PRACTICE of continuously charging my credit card, even though I had put a stop payment with my Bank LAS VEGAS, Nevada

I just found out here on Ripoff Reports that I am NOT the only one who has suffered more than once by Tyson Elliott, of NeedfulPublishing.com.  I too signed up for his INSIDERS GUIDE TO BUSINESS CREDIT as he was promoting both a Biz Credit Report and new ways to find Biz Credit.  IMMEDIATELY after ten minutes I had paid my money and got the report, I tried CANCELLING.  ALL emails to his purported ''support site' bounced back; his telephone number on my credit card statement is DISCONNECTED.

I found his address and immediately sent a letter with cancellation orders by CERTIFIED mail telling him under no circumstances to charge me ever again and that  I wanted a REFUND immediately.  I have never heard from. I also immediately called my Bank and told them that I wanted to open a DISPUTE and to stop all charges. I have now been charged again for a total of 2 x $67.00; also 1 x $46.00.....I found another tel no and have dialed it 25 x with only a VM box answering service wherein it is not possible to leave a message. I am going to the Las Vegas District Attorney, Police Dept, BBB, Dun & Bradstreet, Chamber of Commerce.  I have a strong feeling this is not his correct name, nor address.  I think it is a Corp. address and PO BOX.

I have given him ample time to get my refund back to me and I know he/or someone at his published address received my certified letter cancelling and asking for my refund.  I will not give up on this until he is prosecuted.....
