Subject commited to a purchase with Ebay. I was leaving for holiday and since five buyers had not paid yet, I forgot to warn the buyers  would be away and not be able to ship if they paid that week.  Knowing that my Ebay rates are based on quick shipping and never wishing to loose my great ratings, I shipped out all five buyers products prior to receiving payment. Out of those five , four paid very quick but only one failed to make payment. I had contacted him four times via email via Ebay , all without a responce. I contacted him via facebook and again, no repsonce. He is totally avoiding payment. Basically a theif. The law reads that if someone sends you an item totally unsolicited you have the right to keep the item and not make payment, however this thief bid on my item, knowing that if he wins he is 100% responsible to make payment , elects to avoid his obligations and run from making payment. Basically it speaks volumns regarding his personal morals.

Now here is an interesting fact. Over the course of almost 12 years when selling on Ebay and other sites, I have advanced items before securing payment at the very least 135 times. I took the time to count. Mr. Tyson Munson is the only buyer who ever ripped me off and failed to pay me.   I would not touch this guy in terms of providing any sort of credit. He will most certainly stick it to you and laugh. Basically a real pig kind of guy.  Great manner to show your family, wife, and children how to conduct yourself morally. He has no morals.  I sold him these lures on or about November 25th, and now the date is December 11th, 2013. What a shame if he fails to pay this bill , how will he treat an extensive amount of money due you.

I would not touch this guy with a ten foot pole.  A real idiot.
