U Haul Canada Unauthorized charges to My Credit card, Internet

I rented a Uhaul at the Blackfoot Uhaul place here in Calgary. We were on our way to get gas to bring it back when my fianc went to turn around. While he was turing around the truck bottomed out and got stuck. We were only about a block away from the U-Haul place so we went to talk to them. When we got there we told the man behind the counter that we got the truck stuck. We asked about the road side assistance and he told us it was free so we could go and they will pick it up. He said that he would call us when he knew how much the charges would come to. He told us that it would be a maximum of $130 and not to worry about the gas because it was a special circumstance. We left. We never heard from Uhaul again.

On Sunday May 30 I checked my email, there was an email from uhaul with a charge of $1200 they had charged on my credit card (unauthorized). I had only signed for $116 we called them and they said the truck was dirty, the steering was messed up and so were the breaks, not our problem about the steering and the breaks so the guy says his manager will call tomorrow. The next day they call and tell me that they are refunding 400 but charging $650 because it cost money to send roadside there and then cleaning and gas (which I was told would be included in the 130) I got mad and got my fiance to call, the girl I talked to told him that they didn't call roadside but that 2 of their guys went down and got the truck out themselves and then gas and cleaning. I then got my mom to call and she only told my mom about the gas and cleaning and nothing about the roadside or sending two guys down to get it unstuck. I asked for pictures and receipts proving that they had to pay all this money on our behalf and alos for pictures of  the truck dirty but still have not reiceived them.
The issue is that even though we got it stuck we were told by one of their staff that we would only have to pay 130. they charged my credit card 4 times and refunded it once. The staff were rude and uncaring of the situation. I tried to explain that customer service should be key and they should honor what they said but the girl I talked to said no one would fess up to what I was saying but they obviously don't care about that. all I want is my money back and I don't think I will ever get it.
