This place is easy to move into, then they hold your items hostage and charge you extra if you want to leave.
 
They advertise a free truck to move in, they give you a old beat up truck that barely works, they have nice U-Hauls, but won't give you one of those for free.
 
They state they give you 10 days grace period to pay your bill, but they lock you out one day after the bill is due, no exceptions. Most other places don't lock you out during the grace period.
 
Then if you aren't happy with all their rules and want to leave, they require you to give ten days notice. If you
give the notice any earlier than 10 days, you rental period ends earlier and they won't refund any days you paid for already. So you have to arrive exactly ten days before your month expires, or you lose days you paid for.
 
The staff is rude and won't do anything to offer any help other than to recite all their anal rules.
