U Haul Moving NIGHTMARE Everett Washington

 Moving nightmare with the company...Customer service has no clue what is going on with my u box.  I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to locate my box that keeps getting delayed an extra week each time I call.  The manager and employees have no clue what they are doing.  It took 3 days just to locate a box and the 800 number says it is at location and it is not.  On 6/29/13 I dropped my u box off.  The clueless employees said the manager would contact me on Mon to confirm shipment.  He did not.  I contacted him, he said he was shipping it the next day but instead he waited another week.  I'm not sure if this a scam to get more money by delaying it into another month or what.  They allowed my husband to use MY credit card without it being signed or me being there.  Very unprofessional company!  Not just this location the ENTIRE company.  There is no help on their website either as they say "we don't deal with u boxes."  Far too much stress for a company which used to have decent service.  BEWARE before hiring them!  There are a LOT of complaints against them.  I wish I had more time to research them because I'm afraid this nightmare is far from over.
