My husband and I went to the Spartanburg SC location to rent a 5X8 trailer one way last Saturday (Oct. 7). There were several people just hanging around in the store talking to the employees and they were ALL using very explecit language in front of all of the customers. The manger was witness to this and all he said to one of the guys working there was for him to put his work shirt back on. Not a word about cussing in front of customers.

After we paid for the trailer we go outside for the guy to hook it up. After they get it hooked up to our car he tells us our pigtail is wrong for the wiring and we need a $4 adapter to make it fit right. My husband refused because he said they had rigged them up in such a way that everyone would need to buy their $4 part.
plus it has been many weeks now and our deposit still has not been credited back to our account-
