This company preys on low-medium income people that need to move by offering services for half the competition and then hitting them with hidden charges and contract loop-holes. It also discriminates against minorities and the customer support is very unfriendly and unhelpful. They lie and often break the law, but the contract says all charges you have to pay.

My experience with this company is when I had to move. When they delivered the moving crate, the white person that did it gave me a dented crate. When I tried to put stuff in it, it wouldn't fit very well. I tried asking them for another one but their automated support system is very difficult to navigate. The system leads you around and around until you finally hang up.

The Relo-Cube also has problems with the door. It was very rusted and beat up. Closing it was very difficult. The hinges are rusted so the door was very hard to move.

The white guy gave me this cube on purpose I think. I also don't like the tone of the operators. They acted very annoyed with my accent.

I don't like how the operators lied to me. They were scheduled to pick up my stuff on a certain date. On that date I called them and told them the time to pick it up. They then said that I had to call them the day before. There is no where in the contract or informational guide that said I had to notify them the day before. The informational video even said to give them a call anytime and they will come to pick up the Relo-cube. After I complained a while, they finally said that They had too much to do so I got moved back on the schedule. They lied by saying that I had to call them the day before when they really had run out of room to load my stuff!

My accent probably led them to think they could deceive me. The contempt in their voices made me want to punch them.

ABF is a bad moving company. They aren't that nice.
