U S Credit Management ripoff Irving Texas

I signed up with the company on 8-27-04 First of all I would like to state what there motto is "with integrity, empathy, and accountability "They offer the fastest and most comprehensive programs for becoming debt- free while avoiding bankruptcy.

Well, none of that is true. Right after I signed up with this company, they began taking money out of my account each month. Of course, they were taking my money and not doing anything about my creditors. By bills were getting paid before that, because I was enrolled in a credit counseling. But, this company tells you, how they talk with your creditors, about reducing your balance. Plus, I was paying less to them.

Well, since Sept. 2004 None of my creditors were paid but one. Because of the fact they sent me so many letters that they finally said if you pay $700.00 this account will be settled. But that had nothing to do with U S Credits help.

Since Sept. none of my creditors have been paid or notified by these people, and I have judgements against me, because of them. Because my creditors, apparently think I just don't want to pay. When I do want to pay.
They do not return your phone calls when you try to reach them. I do not even know who was actually handling my case, because the guy who got me in the program left.

I actually talked to a guy, no names mentioned, last month. After I told him, what all was going on. How dissatisfied I was with the company, I did have any more money taken out of my account. They have not contacted me about anything. All they did was take my money and now my credit is worse then it ever was, because before I was paying bills I just had too much debt.

I think this company should be liable for what they have done, and put and end to all this, so it does not happen to any other innocent people who believe they are actually going to help them. Because believe me, it's only been worse for me not better. The interest is still added every month and late fees also. So, now I owe more than when I started the program.
