I too have almost been scammed by this person. Last night I was looking for pekinese puppies and it came up on petfinder.com.  The puppy was suppose to be located in Katy, Texas a few hours drive from me. I texted the number like it said then this morning, I got a text stating to give them my email address and they would send me pictures and information.  Here is a copy of emails in order

We need Cindy to go to a lovely andcaring and a forever home.To let you know more about Cindy, She is vet examined and vaccinated health/vet records till date and all papers.We do want the best for little Cindy and really want her to go to a good and forever loving home. She very sensitive and possesses the following qualities:

-Shedoes not bark a lot.
-She eats 2 times daily .
-She's been well socialized with kids and other house hold pets
-She is a portable baby.
-She loves to be carried a lot and be spoiled.

Hey Irene,i just received your full contact details required for the delivery arrangements.Yes tomorrow ill b perfect for delivery okay,so first thing tomorrow morning i will drive down to the delivery agency and get Cindy registered for delivery.Once i am done with the
registration the delivery agency will contact you to let you know h*o the delivery will be arranged and also they would give you 
directives on how you shall b making the payment directly to them.Once you sort out the payment they are going to activate a
delivery ticket for Cindy,after which they would let you know the departure and arrival time of Cindy at your home.Do enable to stay 
close to your phone because at about 8 am tomorrow i must have been done with the registration,after which the delivery agency will contact you ok
