I'm not seeing any common suspicions, but I know they used an address of mine that is about 7 years old. That makes me suspicious that it was culled from Neteller, which I used before Poker Stars was first shut down in the U.S. Neteller was a service similar to paypal and is now under the umbrella of Paysafe Group. Any one else use that service?

I caught the problem looking at my banking on-line, but 3 days after it went through. We'll see if my bank can charge it back. I know I will have to change account numbers, and automatic drafts.
