Download any of the books but for argument sake select Imed E it pays the most Look at the Restrictions.. The restrictions are the same for all of the IAB/IMED products....
This all it pays not a cent more... the maximum it pays for a surgery is listed there.... and then its a schedule.. so if the maximum it pays for a surgery is 3,000... but say for instance the schedule for a gall bladder is only 1,500.. this is what you will be paid...... the 1,500 and if the surgery is about 10k then you will owe the rest
