I got this letter with no strings attached if I answered the question circle the correct answer - 20+5= 25  21 23 Circle the answer.

instructed and fulfill the contest requirments.  The accounting department has retained the services of a reputable 

courier to deliver the check for $5,000.00. This is a contest with additional tiebreakers to determine the winner. 

This contest of skill is not a lottery game, game of chance or gambling.

Please do not delay in responding. There is no purchase, payment or contribution necessary to enter or win.

$5,000.00 payment Number UBI5. This is an official document confirming your status regarding the guaranteed payment

whose distribution is now pending. 

This is the letter I received I came online to investigate if this was a scam/fraud in the works I saw that in the State of Alabama it was reported to be a fraud which I kinda suspected. So I came to report in CA I received this letter.. I don't 

know what they want from me but I know it is not good and no one gives away money like this.. I did participate in

the Publishing Clearing House lotteries for a few months and I used to get these letters that I was a winner if I sent them some money from 20.00 dollars to say 10.99 dollars on some of the requests which I did once or twice until I learned that the publishing clearing house never asks for money so I stopped sending any small amount of money from these requests i got.

I think this letter is connected with the letters I got asking for small amounts of money to clear for a win on the PCH 

contests. I am reporting this and I didn't act on it I am not send the form back to them I know they trying something to get something from me so I came here to see if this was a fraud and I see it is.. thank you
