UClip Coupon Stole money from me Charged me for 23.96 nothing Internet

This company took 23.96 from my checking account for subscription cost for clipping coupons. I did not order this.  I went to several websites in an attempt to get a payday loan and for some reason this got ordered and I didn't wan it.  I contacted the company and they gave me a cancellation number but refused to return my money.  This transaction is going to cost me a overdraft in my account and charges of at least another 37.50.  The U Clip company indicated that I can still get coupons from them for the original 23.96 if I go to their website and order them but I am afraid that they will charge me even more.  This is very upsetting.  I cannot afford to lose the 23.96 and lose more money.  I was only trying to get a payday loan so that I can pay legitimate bills and these guys are a major RIPOFF.  I am very interested in any class action suit because this has to stop.
