UClip Coupon u clip u save UClip Coupon still at large unknown, Internet

Well, I see UClip Coupon has a history. My girlfriend recently applied for a loan from an internet site. She didn't tell me till it was too late. Apparently, the loan site is NOT secure, this place called UClip Coupon swiped her bank account information from the site. She found out about it for the first time when a debit showed up on her bank statement.

She called the toll free phone number, they agreed to cancel her membership, and refund the membership fee. This didn't happen, she called them again. They gave her a date that the refund would be issued by. The date came and went, she called again. This time, the lady said the membership fee is non-refundable. (I guess this means the first two ladies were liars, and should be fired).

My girlfriend is permanently disabled, in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, she does not receive enough each month to pay her bills. This is why she turned to the internet for the loan. When the membership fee was withdrawn from her account, her balance went into the minus. This, of course, caused an additional fee to be applied.

We went to the bank, they helped us get everything straightened out with the "bounced check", but she still is stuck with the membership fee that was without her knowledge or her permission. I see this action as nothing short of stealing from her bank account, yet this "business" has been doing it for quite awhile, so it appears its perfectly legal(?)

Anyone know what can be done to shut this place down permanently?
