Ucool ltf Evony, evony age2, reganmerc ltd not provide service paid for Internet

i have been playing evony for about 5 years now. It's a online player vs player realtime strategy game.

However the last 2 years the game has become an internet hoast. In the TOS prodived by evony they claim they will act on all cheating, botting and abusive talks or discriminating words in the ingame chat room.

The past 2 years the game has been hit by tons fo cheats. Most cheats heve been reported to the game admins however all you get it that yuor report will just be deleted or not a single reply will be given.

Lot of players paid money to play this so called free game and in return we should expect them to govern their own TOS, wich is the return on the money paid for your ingame items.

Commnet on their lack of service or lack of even promoting fairplay in their online forum on bbs.evony.com will just get deleted and acc's on that forum will get perm banned if comments are giving.

Even game acvc's are threatend to be closed if people give to much information on the lack of service on the game.

Should i expect evony to govern their own TOS after i made an acc and even made cpl ingame purchases?

Need help here, if someone can help me let me know. I am willing to open a complaint in a us court to bring these criminals to justice and demand a refund on all money spend on this game.
