The last 8 loaves of UDI's expensive $5 per loaf bread I bought for my gluten intolerant wife were all nearly empty because the bread had HUGE holes in the middle of it - it was hollow. I emailed UDI's and they effectively said TOO BAD, SO SAD - BUY MORE FROM US - WE'RE SORRY. There was no offer of free coupons. My local Trader Joes is now looking for alternatives like Rudi's or others.
