UDR Todd Brisco, Dynamic Towing retaliation, fraud, maliscous and purposeful damages to disabled tenant 3 companies working together vindictive against disabled tenant for pending legal actions for federal violation of fair housing act OC, Rancho Cucamonga Nationwide

For 3 years I have been financially and mentally damaged by UDR and now their legal backing Todd Brisco and Associates. Not to mention Dynamic Towing. I have been wrongfully evicted and Todd Brisco portrade himself as court appointed mediator/attorney discussed helping me and an agreement he drafted was all a lie and took advantage of me even though he was told numerous times i am disabled i dont understand and please im not well. My response to the initial eviction notice explained the wrong doings of UDR DYnamic towing and he said he would help. Introduced himself as my attorney for the day. I am very ill on disability and was retaliated on because of pending litigation for violation of the fair housing for those with disabilities act.
