Let me start with a time line. May 25, 2012 Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ was contacted by me , for moving pod quotes. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ gave me a fair quote of 1233.00 plus 295.00 for the drop off, pick up and shipping of a Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ storage pod to South Carolina.

I should have known, when they arrived a day and 5 hours late to drop off, AFTER removing the first 295.00 from my account that this was not going to be good. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ SUSAN, did not apologize for her delay. She dropped a big orange box off in the mother-in-law's front yard She used a Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ forklift unit, quite small. My spouse asked her " will that little thing be able to lift a full Uhaul Of Mt.Holly  NJ pod? She stated yes, no problem. We were to have it shipped to our new home in SC on June 6, 2012. My husband wwas to return to new jersey for a pool tournament later in the month,
so we decided to wait on the shipping, as he could add a few more items to the unit while he was there. BIG MISTAKE!!! Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ SUSAN assured us, " No problem" we will ship when you are ready. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ was then contacted with ship instructions. Credit card was charged, assumed unit would ship. Was told by Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ Susan that it could take up to 10 days due to shipping schedules. Ok.    No problem. 16 days later, we get a bill for rent on a storage pod. 133 dollars. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ called, no response. Corporate called. Woman who answered stated that she saw what the problem was. Account was actually split into two accounts. 1 under my name for rental, one under my husbands for pod. She states she corrected it. another 2 weeks passes. NO POD> Another call to Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ . More empty promises. July, we get a LIEN notice in the mail. Husband freaks out, so I go ahead and pay to prevent the contents being removed and arrange for shippingNo problem. 16 days later, we get a bill for rent on a storage pod. 133 dollars. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ called, no response. Corporate called. Woman who answered stated that she saw what the problem was. Account was actually split into two accounts. 1 under my name for rental, one under my husbands for pod. She states she corrected it.

another 2 weeks passes. NO POD> Another call to Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ . More empty promises. July, we get a LIEN notice in the mail. Husband freaks out, so I go ahead and pay to prevent the contents being removed and arrange for shipping . Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ screws up again. No pod. July 21, another call, and several emails. Word of the pod shipping? NOPE another bill!!!!! Once again , call Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ , talk to a guy this time named steven. Oh, i see the problem, its a rental and a ship account. I will fix it. Did steven fix it? NOPE!! Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ screws us again!!!!! August , a fresh new lien and bill! Have all transactions , reports from cc company etc. Does that matter? NO!! Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ does nothing!

September, call Uhaul Corp again. Have 14 emails logged at this point. Speak to yet another customer service agent . " We will resolve this" . Lies!!!!!! October, more of the same. Novemeber. I have had it. We are now 5 months without any of our belongings. Pod still sitting in mother in laws front yard. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ does nothing. COntact corporate. Get someone in the Upods division. State I will not speak to someone at the mount holly office again. Lidsey, who was very nice, assures me ii will not have to. She see the issue. She SEES THE PAYMENTS!!! SHAE QUOTES THEM BACK TO ME!!! She puts a rush
on it, and sends message to mount holly, " ship to sc immediately".

She reads off the ship to address. Of course its wrong! I correct the ship to address. Corporate has the unit listed as stored at the facilty in Mount Holly, that is what they reported. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly  NJ LIED AGAIN. Its still sitting in front yard of angry mother in law! Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ gets message from corporate. Ride out to ship the unit. States, without even lifting it, it
weighs too much. Mother in law asks when it will get to sc. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ SUSAN tells her " we are taking it for failure to pay " ! Mother in law freaks, she knows for a FACT pod paid for in full for shipping. SHe shows PICTURES ON HER CELL of the cc statement. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ SUSAN just leaves. I call back to upods . Get transfered to Paul Kelly voicemail. I leave a message. I get a call back. Guy intros himeself as the Vice President of New Jersey Uhaul, and then begins to aggressivly tell me off! I get nasty back.

Husband takes over the call. Paul Kelly of Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ states he will go see the unit himself and contact my husband shortly after. The next day , husband gets a call. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ and Paul Kelly say, pod is too heavy, and that is why they didnt move it back in May. Yet, Mr. Kelly even states in our previous conversation HE SEES NO EVIDENCE OF ME CONTACTING UHAULUhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ !!!!! WTF?? We give him the cc number, the cc statements, the bank statements etc. He states give him 3 days to investigate. we are now 8 days later. No word from mr. kelly. No pod. No one has addressed why 1. Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ lied to corporate, and loggged the pod to be at Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ . 2. why it is still on mother in laws lawn 3. where the hell the 1200 + went, or when I will be getting my household possessions!!!! Thank you UHAUL Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ for spitting in the face of a Veterean of Iraq, thank you Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ for being underhanded
scammers and thank you most of all Paul Kelly and Susan Uhaul Of Mt.Holly NJ , for royalling screwing us over, leaving us over a grand lite in money and with none of our belongings. A letter has been written to americor , parent company

that reads, due to techinical difficulty, your transcripts can not be found. Oh really??? SO,
