 Cheryl Murphy is lazy, dishonest and does not supervise her employees. The blonde cashier is rude trailor park trash. They lie, take you off of auto billing without authorization and then charge late fees when your back is turned because you thought you had peace of mind that auto billing is occurring. They are rude and dishonest and lazy and disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. They never take responsibility for their errors or poor customer service. That entire location is disgusting. Even the UHaul customer service representatives at 410-687-5400 say they get complaints about that location ALL THE TIME. The regional office is just as lazy and will pass you back to the location's manager when she is part of the problem. They are racist, unprofessional liars who try to hold your belongings "hostage" even when you do pay. When you call to update your account they are too lazy to change it in there system in customer service then turn around and lie and said "we tried to contact you." Nothing but disorganized hillbilly white trash who don't know what they are doing. Whites get away with every thing in this country. Con artist bastards. Cheryl Murphy is lazy, incompetent bully who does not supervise her employees. Makes you wonder how she got the job because she is apparently not qualified.
