The owner of the business was specifically asked to fill any holes in my house, but couldn't be bothered to do the job properly. He fobbed us off with excuses as to why he couldn't do it and walked away with money that he didn't deserve!

All he did was put down mouse food (which I could have quite easily bought for far less than what he charged me) and stick what appeared to be cardboard on the wall to cover one of the gaps (which he didn't do properly either). I expected value for my money.

He didn't even make the appointment on time. And when I called him out again to remedy the job (which he agreed to), he didn't have the courtesy to call and say that he couldn't make it.

I would highly recommend that anyone suffering from pest problems not hire this man. I found him to be unprofessional and lazy. 

Otherwise, be prepared to be disappointed and walk away much lighter in the pocket.

 Customers are always offered a full refund at any stage during and after the treatment.

Our Technician had great difficulty in explaining to the customer that holes are never filled on the first visit.

With regards to appointment times, we always give a window for example between 8.00am and 12.00 or 1.00 pm and 17.00 hrs.
Accuracy is very hard when making visits around London and any trades person will confirm this.

This particular customers home was in a very poor state of hygiene which makes any pest controllers job extremely difficult.

The customer is and has always been welcome to a full refund if they are at any point unhappy with any part of our service.
This is stated quite clearly on all of our paperwork and is written in bold on the invoice.

We would also like to add that our technician visited the property on two other independant occasions and the client did not show - even though appointments had been made.

We have been trading for over ten years and when you deal with this amount of customers you will naturally have some who are not completely happy.
This is why we always offer a full refund at all times in all circumstances.

Our prices are very competitive and we offer discounts for the elderly, the disabled and the unemployed.

No other pest control company in London offers these discounts.
