UK SEOMedia LTD Failed to pay for ordered content and mishandled bartered task, costing money and a contract. Birmingham Other

Emily approached me via a third-party site, and we shortly came to a barter arrangement: I would write content for her on a one-to-one basis for every unique-domain placement she'd arrange for an article written for and linked to a private client of mine. We also arranged $12 per extra article written for her and $50 per press release.  I sent weekly the list of linking URLs I'd gathered from my own efforts to enable non-duplication of placement, which did neither my client nor me any good. It wasted content.

The first time she duplicated a domain, I just sent a reminder to check the list. The second time she duplicated, I included the lost-from-my-client revenue in an invoice to her, which also noted several pieces I'd written for her personally owned website, http://www.ihealthmarket.com.

Despite being sent multiple invoices and having promised several times to pay, the only communication received from her from October 2012 was an inquiry in January 2013, asking if I was still writing.

To date, no payment has been received from her, and I lost the client contract that was quite lucrative until links were showing on duplicate sites.
