Ulta sam, hair colorist Ruined my shirt, my hair, refused to fix my hair without charging Billings Montana

Started going to this salon a few months ago, excellent service from Tori. I took my formula in for my color from the salon I'd gone to for 10 years. Hair turned out great. Then the day came tori wasn't there, so the manager, Sam, assured me she and Tori had the same skills and it would np be fine. First time was good. The next time, I needed just my roots of my blonde hair done and asked for just the tips of my hair to be trimmed as it was just trimmed 5 weeks before. Sam got dye on my new shirt and my hair was brown! She refused to put any highlights back I without charge. She didn't even ask to see my hair. My hair is porous and grabs color, so the color she used on my roots soaked into the rest of my hair.

People noticed my hair was darker! That shouldn't happen when you have roots done! She also cut at least 2" off of my hair. She was rough and she was careless. I was offered a 50.00 Ulta gift card, they say for my shirt, I say for my hair because I can't replace my shirt at an Ulta store. I also have no intention of going to the store again. I just wanted a refund and my shirt paid for. Tonight I found out that the formula I brought to the store, evidently they don't have. I was assured it was on file at the salon. It was the only copy I had. Not that Sam followed it, or I would still have blonde hair. I've learned my lesson, never go to a corporate store to have your hair done. Biggest ripoff ever. So I'm out 78.00 for my hair and 40.00 for my shirt.
