ABSOLUTLY THE BIGGEST SCAM out there. I have no one to blame but me!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Dont be fooled by the big office and big smiles. I saw the reports on this site and was told by Robert Hammond the owner of Ultimate Business Services that Rip Off Report is a scam. Robert Hammond said that Rip Off Report owns another company that will take down any bad reports for a fee and that all of the postings were just a ploy to get him to pay them. WRONG!!! They are all true. Robert Hammond (owner), Nick Baki  (President), and the District Managers have one favorite 4 letter word, NEXT!!!   All they want is to have you work for 3 or 4 weeks so they can go behind you and close the deals you started.

NOTE from Ripoff Report = (Read this link below to see why what was allegedly stated about Ripoff Report above
is not true.)

Back to the Report.

I started in Nov. 2011 and had a family medical emergency at week 3. They hold back the first  week so I had only received 2 pay checks during the 3 weeks I had worked. The DM at the time told me to take care of what I needed to and he will put me in for a leave of absence so that I will get the 3rd pay check I was owed and so that I can come back to work when I needed to. Now, they do make everyone sign an offer agreement that states if you do not produce a certain number of appointments and sales within the first 30 days that you pay goes to min. wage, retroactive. It also states that if you do not complete the 30 training period for any reason you will paid min. wage. I was out for 2 weeks only to find that the SOP (standard of production) went into effect and I never got the check I was owed. I did go back to work only because I knew I had several deals I could close and start making commissions. After my 1st week back I
was made a coach. Now the 4 other people who were there when I left had all been let go and I was the oldest Sales Rep. they had. NOT FOR LONG... In the first 7 days back I had closed 6 long term deals. I was made a Coach, someone who helps the new guys on their appointments and with the data entry that goes with the job. Again they held back a week, but I was told that as a coach I dont have to worry about the SOP because Im helping the new guys ( I didnt get it in writing). There is no way to do both sell and train. So after 2 weeks of Coaching I am told by a NEW DM that they are changing things around and that Im no longer needed. He also said that I will not be getting the check from the previous week and none for the week I just worked (this was on Thursday Dec. 29, 2011).

When I told him they owed me a check for the previous week and the week we are into he said According to the SOP I signed that I have NOTHING COMING.  6 weeks of work only got me 4 checks. This company is owned and operated by sociopaths and liars. DO NOT LET THEM SUCK YOU IN.. Think about it  In business in Broward County for 9 years and the longest any Rep. has been there is 3 weeks TOTAL SCAM.. Beware of their recruiters who will say anything to get you to come and be their slave They get paid if you stay 2 weeks

How many differnet stories are you going to post?

AUTHOR: Mom said get a job! - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 29, 2012

You keep modifing your story. Where's the part where you screwed the company as you sat in Starbucks for two weeks?

This is from another post and your story is now different

(Per one of the "several post" you have made)

I like this response to your obvious fantasy

I want to respond to your multiple slanderous post plastered all over ROR in several locations. You know what they say about people who say "here's the truth" ? You stated ..."I worked for this company as well, for three weeks" .... but screwed the company out of two plus weeks pay while you  (here's that phrase again),.... "Truth be told, after about a week and change of giving this an honest effort, I realized I had been lied to. I would show up for the 8 am pep rally/meeting and then go hang out at Starbucks with my laptop looking for another job".  What did you tell your employer when you lied to them about working? What did you tell your family while you sat in Starbucks and played on the internet? Let me guess "here's the truth". It makes me sick to think that people really want to work and you worked a few days and did nadda and screwed UBS out of weeks pay. Who is "the rip off"?

You stated ..."having been involved in professional sales for much of my career, I found myself looking for work after being laid off due to the economic downturn". Excuse me but professional salespeople are the last to be laid off because they produce revenue for the company, they keep it running. How much revenue did you bring to UBS or the last sales job? Were you an asset or a liability? Professional sales people make it happen, they don't start a career and then hide in Starbucks and play video games.

You stated ...." I was promised HOT leads, a turnkey program that couldn't lose, and $750 per week in training pay, plus car and cell phone allowances. What I got was leads that were between 3 and 5 years old (true story)".  So they promised that you were an order taker ? People just called in and said deliver the products? Why do they need salespeople if people were just flocking to the phones to call in orders? I don't believe it, no other reasonable person believes it and your attempt to defame UBS will end you up in court.

You stated .... "Finally, they attempted to withhold my last paycheck. They pay a week behind, so after I was terminated for not producing, I was still owed a week of pay. After trying to be nice, I had a friend who is an attorney draft a letter. I firmly believe that that was the only reason I got that check"  Are you for real ? You were terminated for not producing because you were screwing the company and your family while you sat in Starbucks.  Does the wife and family know or did you tell them  "truth be told"you got screwed because of the economic downturn.

Get out of Starbucks and go to work.  If you have a friend (debateable), who is an attorney I think you may want to consult him on your statements that you have posted on the internet.

I can pretty much assure you dont have the guts to post your name before they subpoena Ripp off report and get your name and url address,  The facts are, you are still sitting in Starbucks blaming everone else you your lack of effort to be a responsible member of society.

Oh, and tomorrow when you're sucking off unemployment and slurping down coffee while I'm at work making money I'm sure you will have plenty of time to find  the incorrect spelling of a word or two and file another stupid reply.

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

So sad

AUTHOR: UCFNYY - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 15, 2012

To the original poster, I'm sorry to see that

you were bullied into recanting your statement. Perhaps this whole thread is an

attempt by UBS to fool people. Either way, this is my experience and I stand by

it. I

worked for this company as well, for three weeks. Having been involved in

professional sales for much of my career, I found myself looking for work after

being laid off due to the economic downturn.

I was promised HOT leads, a turnkey program that couldn't lose, and $750 per

week in training pay, plus car and cell phone allowances. What I got was leads

that were often years old (many of them had rejected service previously), a

corporate culture and sales system based on deception and deliberately inflated

statistics, and a pay structure that reverted to minimum wage if you didn't

convince 3 businesses to take on the free* trial in your VERY FIRST week. No

product training to speak of, no support (front or back end); here are your

brochures, go sell. By the way, we're out of professional, color brochures.

Take these black and white photocopies with you true story). Then we get into

the obscene numbers you'd have to post to get the car and cell money. In my

tenure, not one front line rep qualified. There were only two people left on

the sales force who were there when I started.

Now let's talk about pay issues. They pay a week behind, so after busting my

a*s for two weeks, I looked forward to getting paid for it. A

"communication error" lead to my paperwork not being filed with the

corporate office in time. I was informed that I would be paid the following

Friday. That was unacceptable to me, and I made it very clear that I had the

resources at my disposal to initiate legal action. I had to drive up to Broward

to get that check. Finally, they attempted to withhold my last paycheck. After

I was terminated for not producing (which very few people do), I was still owed

a week of pay. After trying to be nice and getting nothing but the runaround in

return, I had to make the DM aware that I knew of their reputation and that,

once again, I was fully willing and able to take legal action. I firmly believe

that that was the only reason I got that check mailed to me.

The only way I think they make money is by the sales managers poaching the

warmest leads from people who give them an honest effort and succumb to the

inevitable. On most of these forums, you have the occasional response and

threat from a current employee. There's a VERY good reason that their posts are

outnumbered as badly as they are. This is not a "promising

opportunity"; it is a fraud.
