ULTIMATE ELECTRONICS Over promised and never delivered, Internet

In Feb. 2010 i purchased a dishwasher from them. I was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. They said they would call on monday to set up a time, after never hearing from them i called to find out what time they would deliver. They had no records for me in there rout for Tuesday. I had to call back to the store, sat on hold for 23 min, to figure it out. After 2 managers finally got them to have it back to the store by tuesday afternoon. I had to drive back to the store to pick up, when i got there no one knew about it. After getting it figured out the pulled it and took it my truck, when we got there i noticed the box was opened and tapped up. I asked the associate why that was and was told " They do that for quality inspections".

got it home and installed noticed that there had been water in the unit befor didnt really think anything about it. got it all installed and ran it to check it for leaks everything was good so we loaded it set it to run and left for a while. After 5 hours of being gone we got home and the unit was still running. hit the cancle button opened it and my dishes were so hot you couldnt touch them. I closed it hit the drain button to get the rest of the water out, 15 min later went back and still had 2 inches of water. Called the store told them all the things that happened for them to tell me we dont have one instock we can get it here in about 3 days for you to pick up. No consideration for what has happened and no offerings to help in any kind of way, not even an offer of a free install. Be carful of these guys a bunch of commision employees just getting sales not caring for the customer. will never return to an ULTIMATE ELECTRONICS again.
