I never ordered anything from Ultra Facial. When I found out about the charge on my credit card on 11/3/11, I called their 866#. The first girl hung up on me when she refused to listen to me and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The second girl gave me their tracking number and promised to speak to her supervisor. The USPS tracking showed that they shipped the item on 10/3/11 but was undeliverable so USPS delivered to someone else in a different city on 10/12/11. Ultra Facial charged me for the item on 10/9/11.

The supervisor admitted the item was returned to them on 10/19/11 but refused to give me the refund because I had missed the "1 week" cancellation and "30 days" refund period. When I tried to reason with her, she refused to listen. When I tried to break down the logic to her, she accused me of challenging her. She insisted that they should keep my money for an item never sold and never delivered because I "missed the deadline" of which I knew nothing about.

I wrote to their "Customer Service" and laid out the timeline and that I never order the item nor received it. I got the same generic answer that I "missed" the deadlines, so no refund. She said they emailed me a "confirmation" on 10/3/11. I checked and did not find any email from them. She told me if I have any more questions to call the same 866# to talk to the same non-responsive people as before.

32 complaints about Ultra Facial's fraudulent sales and unethical business practice? This entitles us to a "class action" suit for punitive damages. Let's shut them down!
