I signed up for a free trial offer for the music tab services. I gave them my credit card number like so often goes into effect if you don't cancel before trial ends. After one hour I decided it wasn't for me and tried to unsubscribe. This seems to be a problem with this company. The company is based out of Russia and apparently conforms to no rules. I have been on forums and many people are being ripped off. I am surprised to be the first to report here. 3 days later and still trying to unsubscribe. I suppose I will have to cancel the charge on my credit card when the trial is over.

If they have in fact charged your card, please file a police report online with the San Francisco PD. It only takes 5 minutes! My story is a little different in that their website told me I had unsubscribed and an email they sent said they'd unsubscribed me. Then three months later they hit my credit card and have "no record" of me completing the unsubscribe process "all the way through". Most of their contact info leads nowhere, I got heir phone # from PayPal and its only voicemail. BUT!!! Looking through copyright lawsuits I was able to find their real address! Ultimate Guitar USA LLC 268 Bush Street, Suite 3044 San Francisco, CA 94104 Anyone else? Please file a police report!
