I can claim that clickbank "did" refund my payment very quickly upon my request.
My only complaint then was that the individual contact listed with the Ultimate Income Club did "not" ever return my emails when I requested a refund.
So is click bank at fault, No, but again you do need to be careful.

I am truly sorry that this particular product did not work out for you. It sounds like it simply didn't meet your expectations.

I have been an independent affiliate for and customer of Clickbank for many years. I have not only marketed their products but am pleased to say that I also own many of their products. While I get some much valued information from the majority of programs that I purchase on Clickbank, I have also had to return no less than a hand full of these products because they weren't right for me. It has never taken more than 24hrs (on a business day) for me to receive a refund for any Clickbank product.

Because Clickbank is one of the biggest affiliate network companies out there, they are the payment processor for thousands of informational products. And, their reputation is stellar! That is largely due to their very liberal refund policy. And quite frankly, I hesitate to buy any downloadable informational product unless it is from Clickbank.

In fact, all products that are processed through Clickbank have a no questions asked 8 week return policy. And that policy is why many customers have come to trust Clickbank because they know that if they are unhappy with the product that they purchased, they will get a refund. No questions or hassles as long as it is within the 8 week period.

I am sure that anyone could figure out how this type of policy is really one-sided...for the consumer only.

You should also know that Affiliate Marketing is a Billion Dollar Industry. And just about any company that has a presence on the Internet has some sort of affiliate program--where independent individuals get paid a commission to market these companies products. This includes Businesses like Amazon, Wal-Mart, Weight Watchers and many, many more.

Chances are very good (probably upwards of 90%) that if you have purchased an informational product on "Home Based Businesses" or "How to Make Money", it was brought to your attention through the marketing efforts and advertising costs of an Affiliate Marketer.

And that is why a Company Like Clickbank, that offers a return policy that protects the consumer is truly a Godsend. Without Clickbank, anyone looking for an Information Product in this Category could lose hundreds to thousands of dollars if they buy from someone else.

After numerous attempts with Ultimate Income Club I finally received a refund. The message however did not come from anyone within the company it came from the payment processor which was (CLICKBANK).
On further investigation I find that CLICKBANK is the front for The Ultimate Income Club. While reviewing their website, which I thought was only a payment processor it appears that they are the promoters for the Ultimate Income Club as well as a multitude of other questionable websites.
