Ultimate Rv has already replied and done due deligence in this matter. The customers currently live in and are making payments towards this RV. Our pictures alone speak for themselves. These customer are on the boderline of libel/slander. As we have documentaion that they are IN FACT slandering us, and we could move forward with a lawsuit towards them. That is something we have NO DESIRE to do, but if it continues will seek damages.

 Yes as we also have recordings of what was promoused to us..witch never followed throuh..this place is a rip off as well as a joke...the owner will lie and scam people out of money...stay as far away from this place..there are far better places to buy a used rv from

Please allow this rebuttal to serve as infomational purpose in regards to an attack/slander against Ultimate RV, that was made in complete falsehood.

Ultimate RV has maintain documentation, audio and video of this paticular customer gladly accepting there 5th Wheel with ZERO complaints or issues. The customers picked out a RV that was out of there price range, therefore; not allowing them to take the RV of there 1st choice. We allowed them to choose from over 1.5 million in inventory at our 1st lot and over 5 million at our 2nd lot. The RV they ended up choosing for 2nd picks, was what they decided they loved and wanted to purchase. We did not force them to purchase anything and offered a FULL REFUND several times. They said they really wanted a unit. We had several witnesses that can verifiy that they were quite HAPPY as they left. They were greatful to get APPROVED with such low scores. The customers also wanted to do a 30 day layaway plan with us and at then ed of the 30 day layaway plan, the could not come up with there full down payment and we extended there term to accomadate them. These customers attempted to attack/libel us to our BBB that we proudly hold. In that attempt, the BBB accepted all of our pictures of the unit BEFORE PURCHASE AND DURING PURCHASE, reviewed all evidence and agreed in Ultimate RV's favor. We still proudly hold our BBB good standings and they removed ALL there libel attacks on us. Since then, the finance company that picked up there loan also has testified that the customer was caught in several lies and admitted that they loved there unit.

We hold the value of our customers highly and always try to make EVERY customer happy and satisfied.  We have a 99.3% approval rating and a success rate even higher at 99.8%. That alone speaks volumes. We are sorry the customers felt the need to attack us after we fought hard to get them approved and into an RV of there choice. We have nothing to hide and will gladly speak to anyone in regards to more details on how our company works and our policies.
