Using the Ultimate Game Card to prevent all my real banking information being put out there, I was lured by the promise of how easy and safe the Ultimate Game Card is.

While it was easy to purchase a game card. Redeeming any excess amount you did not need at time of purchase was impossible. The Ultimate Game Card support has yet to respond to my request for help. It has been several days.

What you do is look up your online game you want to play, and then enter the card PIN number. I had a $15.00 dollar balance left over that Utimategamecard.com converts to points. Here is the fraud, you have to buy 2 game cards at $20.00 dollar each to purchase a $24.99 package or virtual gold for the game. The $15.00 dollar excess is converted to points. My Game does not accept the points, only card pin numbers. When you try to redeem the points, you get a response card has already been used. The points magically disappeared also. Cost me $40.00 dollars for a 24.99 purchase.

My game, which is a German based game did reply and sent a short nasty note about them not accepting the points. But the game "Pirate Galaxy" has yet to respond as to why they accepted the game card in the first place then.

Between the two company's, the $15.00 dollar credit or points is gone. I can find them no where. Ultimategamecard.com support has not responded in a week, so I feel they stole it. Avoid all game cards period, and avoid online games as they work together in these rip offs.
