Ultra Life Fitness Scams, ripoffs, stealing money from accounts, rude services!! South Jordan Utah

I had purchased a sample of the "TruGenix Hoodia" diet pills online and was under the assumption that I only had to pay for the shipping and handling and that I wouldn't be charged hundreds of dollars!

There was nothing stated online that I had to call and cancel within a certain amount of time. It only said that I was purchasing the week sample of this diet pill.
When I started taking the pills they made me sick and really didn't do anything for me.

About a month later I had received a full bottle of the diet pill in the mail. There was no packaging slip or number for me to call. when I checked my bank statement, nothing was charged. I figured they were just sending it to me as a complimentary gift to get me more interested.

Well, this month I found out that they charged my bank account $99.41! When I called the company for the first time, no one wanted to help me and they refused to give me a refund for the product. They said that I agreed to being put on automatic pay cycle for these pills and that I had to call within 14 days to cancel my account with them. The lady then proceeded to cancel my account and give me a confirmation number and said nothing else would be charged.

I then called my bank and told them not to let the charge go through, but it was too late. They already took the money out and my account was now in the negative! I had to file a dispute with my bank in hopes of getting my money back. The odds of that are slim because the bank has to put the company under an investigation.

I called Ultra Life Fitness again in hopes of speaking to a supervisor. Once again they would not transfer me to a supervisor and said that I did not follow company guidelines so they will not issue me a refund and hung up!

What am I doing wrong here? I simply ordered the sample under the assumption that there was no strings attached. Now I'm going to have to cancel my checking account so that this company can not get any more of my money!

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS! I have contacted my local news station in hopes they can help me as well. There has been too many people affected by this scam!
