i ordered one of their whitening kits. it didn't work so i sent it back for a refund. they offer a 90 day money back guaruntee. i sent it back within the time frame, but they never gave me a refund. i contacted them, but never got a response. Don't order anything from them! you'll keep your stained teeth, but loose your money!
