I ordered the free bottle of Hoodia from the Marqi Life website. I read the terms and I tried to call and cancel on the number the website said to call, but all I got was an answering machine. All my emails did was get a few replies that said they could'nt even find my account. They said I could'nt cancel on the net anyway. Then a few days ago I was charged an additional $99.41 by a place called PureHealth. I was able to track this back to Ultralife because of this site. I did get through to them and explained that I had been trying to cancel since early April with Marqi Life. They said that was one of their companies and if I followed the cancelation process in the terms it would have been taken care of.

When I said I called a bazillion times and left messages each time, they told me they don't use answering machines and I was lying. I said I ordered through Marqi and that is the number on the web page that it said to call and they said it wasnt true and I had to call them. It was like taking to a brick wall. I went back to the Marqi site and I dialed the number again and it was still a machine. This company lies through their teeth and there was no way I could have canceled because of it. It cost me $99.41 twice, and I only received product this last time. She even called me a liar when I told her I never received the 1st shipment. She said there is a number on the bottle that should have been called then. When I asked her if she got bad meat from the grocery store do you take it back to where you bought it or do you call the rancher who raised it? She said you go back to where you bought it. I said exactly, and I got the free bottle and the 1st bill from Marqi. Then she went rambling again about how they don't use answering machines and that I never tried to call it. I have printed out the terms on Marqi's site with the number I mentioned and every email i sent and received and I am planning on taking this as far as I can. These guys are thieves, plain and simple.
