Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning, Ultrasonics Blind Cleaning Deceptive business practice and incomplete work North Las Vegas, Nevada

I have given Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning over a week to return my phone calls. I have no recourse other than to make my complaint public. I was quoted by Mike from Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning located in Las Vegas to clean my blinds at $21.50 per blind. When I told him I would also need the wands replaced he said he would throw them in at no charge. 

I booked the appt. and Mike called me the morning of the appt. to cancel. His brother Kevin came out the next morning earlier than the appt. time and made it a point of telling me he drove over two hours to get to me. I didn't get why he was making a point of telling me how far he drove when I live in Las Vegas and his business is no more than 20 minutes from my home.  

When I pointed out that we just wanted the three windows in the family room cleaned he said he would still have to charge us a six window minimum plus he also said he would charge for repairs. I objected to the surprise pricing and cancelled the service call on the spot. Kevin apologized and offered to clean the three additional windows for free. I did not want him to work for free but he insisted he wanted to "make it right".

The bottom line is Kevin never completed the job. He said his brother Mike would be back to drop off a part, he never left me a receipt for the money I paid him, and he and his brother Mike never returned my phone calls. I am dissatisfied with their service, and will have to hire someone else to complete the job.
