UMR Interplan Health Group Ripped Off on High Deductible Health Insurance Internet

I have a high deductible health insurance plan with a $5000 deductible. My family had a number of high cost medical visits and I met my deductible about 2 months ago. However, UMR keeps telling me that I have not met my deductible even though the medical group that I go to has given them documents showing that I have already paid almost $3000 over the deductible. After about 10 telephone calls, I have still not received a satisfactory answer or correction. UMR has been giving me the major run around. UMR is this giant company that obviously doesn't care about its members, especially when it involves paying out claims. Avoid UMR if you can.
