UMS Tuning Anthony Szirka Fraudulently delivered incorrect motor, failure to respond and resolve Mesa Arizona

I purchased a $14,000 motor in February 2012 from Dr. Ronald Sierzenski who resides in Gilbert, AZ. The motor was removed from Dr. Sierzenski's car by UMS Tuning of Mesa, AZ and shipped to me in Atlanta, GA. After significant moneys spent to repair what was supposed to be a brand new, "break in time only," race motor built by Accelerated Performance of Toledo, OH, I figure out that the motor in question is not the one I paid for. I have a notarized AZ bill of sale calling out all details of the motor I paid for. I have photo documented evidence that proves that I was shipped the incorrect motor from UMS Tuning. I have statements from the engine builder (Don Summerton of Accelerated Performance) that it is not his motor proven by missing Accelerated Performance serial number and several other key features of the motor (photo documented) that prove incorrect motor. Unfortunately, I have just figured this out through much due diligence and after spending an additional $12,000+ to repair the motor. UMS Tuning is unresponsive to my demands to deliver proper motor, be very careful dealing with them.
