unclaimed freight company collect payment for merchandise that didnt show up on delivery and charge full clifton New Jersey

I have purchased from this company on numerous occasions and continued due to how reasonable the price seemed but the day upon delivery when the item was to be delivered only the sofa and computer desk were delivered the two plant stand were not included in the delivery when i explained to the driver and showed the receipt i was told that company didnt provide the stands. I was told to contact the store and i did. The clerk i spoke to on March 21 2015 told me that i had to come and pick up the merchandise at the store. I explained that i had already  paid for delivery and they should be a part of the delivery the clerk told me that the item was going to be shipped to the store she insisted that i had to come back and pick them up. T o contact their manager because she wasnt aware of what had happened why they werent shipped.

Monday march 21 i contacted the store again explained to the clerk that i didnt receive the item she told me that the reason for that was because they werent present in their store nor the other in PA store and that that was the reason i didnt recieve the items. I paid in full for my merchandise the store collected their money delivery drivers got their money in full but i am stuck without the stands. It cost me for delivery and its a loss to me because i wasnt reimburse on the delivery now is it right to travel 100 miles and have to pay gas to get a refund. The manager didnt try to work out anything since it was their error but infact wanted to blame me for their error.  When i purchased the item they werent available at the clifton location and i told the clerk that i didnt want the stand she told me that she could have the stand shipped with the sofa but now to think of it they dont have the merchandise and it should cost me twice.

I would never in a million years purchase from this company again.
