Kay Cowles, owner of Underthings Inc., sold me two pair of compression hose for $234 despite a written agreement with my insurance company to charge $81.76 for two pair. She refused to speak with myself, Aetna Ins., the Better Business Bureau, & the Justice of the Peace. I won a judgement in court but she has never refunded my money & continues to operate her business. She can not be held accountable because she changes contact information., etc.
