Cesare Tima Chavez is all around shady person and would not recommend doing business with him. Despite his dishonesty, he possesses a great charm, which he uses to his advantage. Have you noticed that he is always late to the meetings or never answers his calls? Has he said he was out of town for business as an excuse for not getting back to you? Those are all lies!! He does not have the funds to travel at all.
He might have gotten away with some lame excuses using his charms. Do not believe anything he says without your independent probing. You may realize that he is in the middle of a lot of deals but none of those results in a final deal because he never follows through with any of them. There is got to be a good reason why. Do not trust Cesare Chavez because every other word coming out of his mouth is a lie!
