I have used Unifirst for about 2 years for employee uniforms.

In the last 6 months the service was getting bad on the delivery and inventory of uniforms.

The accounting side was not accurate either.  We had several conversatios with the managers and sales personel over both, service and accounting. 

After about 4 months of bad service, the manager advise us to send a certified letter to the our unsatifactory service.  They stated after 30 day notice they would cancel our contract.  We followed her instructions and the service stopped.

About a month later we are getting calls from a collection agency trying to collect around $3000.00 for breach of contract.  This has been going on for about 2 months now and they are going to sue us for the breach of contract.

We didn't want to change our uniform provider, we just wanted the service that we were intitled to on out contract. I told Robert Martinez that, and he said, it was out of his hands.  He didn't do nothing for us except bring us greater headaches with his lies.

When I seen the CEO on Undercover Boss he seems like a very atentive person.  I am sure he is not awared of the business practices of his company towards his customers.  Hopefully, he will see what's going on behind the scenes with his employees and do something about it.

Please take this complaint into consideration when employing a uniform company where you won't get burned like I did.
